MIAJA 2021
MIAJA is a nomadic event organized by Minwashin to bring together cultural carriers from all Anicinabe communities. Together, we celebrate Anicinabe culture and reflect on issues that affect it.
On September 9 and 10, 2021, the Abitibiwinnik will host the third edition of the gathering, which will focus on Anicinabe heritage. MIAJA 2021 will be the culmination of more than a year of research and discovery on the anicinabe symbols, which will be revealed during the event.
